Slow and they don't care how long they make you wait.
Today I was suppose to have certain labs drawn only to be told if my insurance didn’t pay it would cost 600 . BECAUSE the tech said the doctor didn’t code it correctly. I declined the test only to find out my insurance company had already approved needed testing! This is the 1st time anything like this has happened. The doctors office will handle this with the Quest representative who covers this area. I’m a hard stick and need to go back next week to have labs drawn again. I am not happy!
This was my first time using Quest Diagnostics lab, I chose the location on Woodruff Avenue in Long Beach. I made an appointment online which I highly recommend users do. I arrived 30 minutes before to allow for parking and the elevator. Once inside you check in on a Kiosk, there is no personnel or reception desk.
