I had kristi this time and found her to be fantastic, i didnt even feel the stick and the transition of the tubes was seamless - I dont even have any bruising! She deserves a raise. My absolute favorite is Diane, I always request her every time and if i can't have her do my work I at least make the effort to say hi and ask her about her day. Diane deserves a huge raise.

I had such a wonderful experience with Diane! After more than 30 years at Quest, it’s clear that she brings an incredible amount of knowledge, experience, and genuine care to her work. She is absolutely wonderful with patients—kind, patient, compassionate, and professional. You can tell that she truly cares about the people she helps and takes pride in what she does. Scheduled twice and on the second day Im still waiting, so far almost 2 hours from my original scheduled appointment time. I'm guessing at least another 45 minutes before I am called. They weren't able to make anyone's appointment time, most people waited 1.25-2 hours past the appointment time. There was one guy next to me just dropping off a sample and he was told to "Wait in line- Sorry". It probably wasn't meant to be rude but it wasn't friendly either.
