OMG!!! This place is straight from the twilight zone. Waiting room makes jail cells look cozy. The touch screen dirty kiosk is your only communiction. The staff has no concept of patient care nor will they interact with anyone. They will peek from time to time through the window slit avoid eye contact and leave you there. If this is health care its a joke and not a funny one. The staff need retrained or in my eyes fired completely and replaced with Walmart greeters. Don't expect to speak to anyone if you have questions. Check-in is thru kiosk. All employees are hidden behind locked door and won't be visible until called back for appointment. Don't come early, you absolutely won't be seen until your appointment time. Make sure you use the bathroom before getting here, because none is available from waiting room. Sure, a tv is in "lobby" (room of chairs) but it only plays Quest commercials. Yay! Needless to say, kiddos of every age that have to be here will be BORED.

I really like the people who work here. They're not the problem. But I hope to never have to go here again. It's the little things that add up quickly, like no receptionist, no bathroom (except behind the locked doors), and a touchpad check-in, that's it. It's funny the glances that I would get from other guys in the waiting room wondering when we could or would get called back. So I took a health screening a week ago. The results haven’t been made available because this place is negligent and haven’t sent the affidavit to their headquarters. This has cost me employment.
