Supposed to be open at 730 am and plebotomist shows up at 745am and doesn't take first patient until 754am. Super unprofessional. Have come here a few times and always late. May have to find another quest near by.
I went to Quest Diagnostics in Westborough this morning for labs. They offer a walk-in option, but it’s honestly just a waste of people’s time. It gives the impression that you can go in and be seen, but that clearly wasn’t the case. I waited for half an hour, there was nobody else in the waiting room, and no one ever came to get me. I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The phlebotomist was rude and unnecessarily aggressive in his demeanor. He admonished me for “not coming when called,” but he mumbled my name from behind a half-opened door without coming out or speaking clearly. There was no reasonable way to know I was being called. At the time, he had an iPad propped up and appeared to be watching a TV show or movie while on duty, which made the interaction feel even more unprofessional. Absolutely awful walk-in service. No indication of where you are in the queue or anything like that. One of the other patients knocked on the door between patients and the tech stated that he does not plan on taking walk-ins The 30 to 60 minute wait stated on the kiosk, is after all patients with appointments are taken. Everyone in the waiting room stated they were a walk-in so I'm not exactly sure what's going on with this place
