There wasn't much of human courtesy. Saw me clearly registering for a walk-in literally right before he put the sign down and still sitting there, but have no courtesy to say he's closed and let me just sit there. Disappointing
The location attached to Umass Westborough was closed this week due to the only employee of the site being on vacation. They knew it, and must have since all the employees at nearby Northborough location who got this week's overflow did. Not only did they not give a heads up and cancel appointments on time, they waited till last day to cancel, lying about the reason being building maintenance - other medical offices fully functional in the same building - and offered at home collection for a fee same day. I was told this is not Quest Diagnostics when I went in today.
The phlebotomist was amazing, I usually get bruises on my arms when my blood gets drawn however this phlebotomist is always amazing they know exactly what to do and I've never had a bruise when they take my blood
