My visit was upsetting. One of your technicians (Gloria) had a horrible attitude. My appt was at 1050 when a billing error was discovered during my appointment that lead the technician (Celia) pausing my appointment until the issue was resolved. This took 2 hours. While on the phone with the billing dept. Supervisor Micheal, so he can give the approval to perform the blood withdrawal. I was told my Gloria I had to schedule a appt as a walk-in. That was insane!
