Poor customer service, no one available at the front desk, and poor time management. I would not recommend this location.
I had an appointment at 11am and it is now noon and all the walk-ins have been taken back and im the only one in the lobby
Conveniently located, prompt, friendly, and professional service, minimal wait time. Waiting and clinical areas clean and organized.
Didn't wait too long but the service was cold and unfriendly. The lady who drew my blood seemed like she didn't want to be there. She took forever trying to locate the very clearly visible blood vessels on my arm. Then when she did finally draw my blood, it hurt like hell like something was wrong. I've never had a blood draw hurt like that before. I don't know what she did wrong but it's been a few days since and there's still a bruise where she inserted the needle. The service at this place awful. I would think they dislike having customers. Customer service is nonexistent, and getting served on time for your appointment is something that doesn’t happen here.
