Conveniently located, prompt, friendly, and professional service, minimal wait time. Waiting and clinical areas clean and organized.
Didn't wait too long but the service was cold and unfriendly. The lady who drew my blood seemed like she didn't want to be there. She took forever trying to locate the very clearly visible blood vessels on my arm. Then when she did finally draw my blood, it hurt like hell like something was wrong. I've never had a blood draw hurt like that before. I don't know what she did wrong but it's been a few days since and there's still a bruise where she inserted the needle. The service at this place awful. I would think they dislike having customers. Customer service is nonexistent, and getting served on time for your appointment is something that doesn’t happen here.
I arrived at my scheduled appointment time. I was the only one there. I wasn’t called back for 30 minutes. Then the phlebotomist spent 15 minutes looking going back and forth between looking at a stack of papers and her computer, sighing every 20 seconds. The lab chair was covered in rust. The entire lab area felt dirty and disorganized.
Waited for almost 2 hours they never called back any patients while I was there and never had anyone at the desk. People got tired of waiting and left
