Y’all could seriously do better on your manners and having walk ins go before scheduled appointments. I’ve been here for going on two hours
Really bad experience. My doctor at UAMS had the request faxed over by her nurse. I went on Friday, Oct. 3 with a pre-scheduled appointment. The renal nurse from upstairs offered to help the busy phlebotomist, but she couldn't find the orders in the system and I had to leave with no blood draw. Then I called the Quest call center and the lady in the call center said she could see the orders! I went back yesterday, Oct. 6, again with a scheduled appointment. Very good experience each time I’ve been at Quest.
DO NOT BOTHER SCHEDULING YOUR APPT. THEY TAKE WALK INS, SO YOU HAVE TO GAMBLE WITH YOUR TIME. VERY SMALL SITTING AREA. RISK FOR COLDS, FLU ETC IS VERY HIGH. I'D LIKE TO GIVE THIS A ZERO
