Excellent experience with staff, level of service and facility. One issue with my checking in via my phone when I arrived for my appointment. Appointment required verification by checking in at office kiosk.
The actual blood draw was fine. However, I discovered there was a $198 balance that had to be paid prior to doing the draw. This was from March 2025 and I was never notified. In addition I have Medicare and Blue Shield Supplement. Medicare paid, Blue Shield didn't. Which is strange as the supplement pays the 20% that Medicare doesn't. Had to call Quest later that day and discovered they had an erroneous ID number for the supplement even though they uploaded the cards. Little bit of a wait and I was in a hurry. But the woman who took the blood was great, very congenial and adept and skillful.
Great location with easy access. Excellent customer service . The lab ladies are very professional and kind and do their best to accommodate patients. Very satisfied overall.
