Quest does an excellent job of making sure you are comfortable and asking about your history of pulling blood. It was quick and convenient.
Quick, professional, streamlined and effecient. Best to make an appointment which can be easily made on their website that are 10-15 min apart. Self check-in at a kiosk was super simple and easy and was called within 5 min. ! Was out within 10. The lab techs (Jennifer was outstanding!) are professional, courteous and know what they are doing. The facility was very clean. My veins are rolling. Due to my MS I do not feel any jabs in my arms or hands. They do not get crazy if they can't get the vein right off the bat. I tell them to "keep digging" bc it doesn't hurt. Thank goodness they listen to me! Success every time ‼️
I was called in at exactly my appointment time. It was easy to check in. The facility was clean. The lab tech was fast and painless. The location was ideal!
