Don't make the same mistake my wife did. She went here for her yearly bloodwork (which is supposed to be absolutely free) and was charged $66. Highway robbery. Absolutely ridiculous. She also checked in not once but THREE times and they said that they didnt have her name after waiting nearly TWO HOURS. Never again.
So quick and easy. Checked in on my phone, had a seat in the lobby and in less than 2 minutes the technician called me back. She was very professional and used great technique in drawing my blood. In and out in under 10 minutes. Started receiving results in less than 24 hours. Great service.
Had to get blood work for a procedure and I had a great experience! Check in was a breeze & they got me back quickly. Very sweet tech and I was in & out in no time! EDIT TO ADD: had to go back today to get blood work for another small procedure. I went right after my pre op check. I didnt have an appointment, but took a chance on the wait list. I arrived at 1:10pm for a 1:20pm appointment. Three people who arrived after I did were all seen before I was called at 1:40pm. The phlebotomist who drew my sample was rude and argumentative. She used inferior tape to hold cotton over the needle stick which tore hair from my arm and left red bands on my arm that are still seen 48 hours later. As well as the red bands, a large bruise was left. The only satisfactory aspect of my appointment was that a blood sample was drawn, I hope accurately.
**Unfortunate update: They keep billing me hundreds of dollars when I have insurance. Why make us check in every single time with our ID and INSURANCE CARD if you’re not going to bother processing it? I’ve called a few times and still keep getting a bill with no resolve. This is inexcusable in 2026 where everything is virtually uploaded for you by us, the patient. They need a front desk person handling things instead of the empty desk I see each time I go in there.
