Do not come here unless you don’t mind paying for parking. I was here for 25 mins and had to pay $4 for parking in the structure for building 1010. Quest diagnostics doesn’t validate for their guest. Imagine if you have to come and stay longer. Save yourself money and go to a Quest where there’s an open parking lot and parking is free. They don’t have to charge that amount for parking and it’s a shame that the owner of this structure is ripping people off like that.
Lazy employees! Slow and inefficient.
The person that did the blood draw had to stick me twice and was digging around in my arm with the needle looking for the vein. The tech did not seem to care that this was painful even though I told them it was hurting me.
The nurse used a super thick needle to take my blood. She insisted it is based on my vessel but I have been to quest lab multiple times take the blood drops used the same vessel this never an issue. In my entire life I had more than 50 times blood drops also not an issue until this happened. I asked her to switch to a thinner needle she kept saying if I use the other one the blood drops will failed. Because I was in a rush I need to get it down I have to accept it but I’m traumatize now.
