I had my blood drawn for the second time by Nishima last month, and the experience was incredibly smooth. I didn’t feel any pain at all, and the process was quick and efficient. I was called in right on time, and she greeted me with her usual warm smile. Nishima is always helpful and makes the whole experience comfortable. Truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness.
