Recently went to get a lot of tests taken. The Dr.s had all the wrong codes. The tech. Took the time to figure everything out and took care of me. Abigail was great!
Absolutely ridiculous. I had an appointment and still waited over 40+ minutes while the staff sat behind the doors laughing and talking. There were about 20 people in the lobby, and it was obvious no one cared how long anyone had been waiting. The screen claimed five patients were being helped, but only three people were actually called the whole time i was waiting— all by the same worker. What are the rest of them doing? Brought in a frozen sample and had an appointment...appointments were running 60 minutes behind for some reason and my sample is sitting here defrosting in a hot waiting room.....why?
Not sure of the ladies'; name but she did my blood draw and I hardly felt anything.
