Alicia is excellent! Today was overwhelming for me as my Doctors offices lab and labs in general are typically unable to locate my veins. To be fair, my veins are deep and they roll, so, I try to be patient but, it creates a lot of anxiety for me. Today, the lab at my doctor’s office couldn’t draw my blood for a sensitive blood test I needed. As a result, they sent me to quest. This was my second location due to scheduling. As always, Quest is an amazing Lab. From scheduling, to checking in and then getting in and out quickly checks all the boxes. Shout out to Alicia in Grapevine, I have had her back to back on 2 visits and she is through, polite and professional.
Check in with screen was easy with ID and insurance card. Very short wait and was called exactly at my scheduled time. Lab tech was very professional and quickly drew blood for my tests. Very smooth and easy process.
Alicia was who was my phlebotomist. She was the only employee there on 09/03/25 There was 10 people in the waiting area completely full. I was not scheduled however she worked me in and I was served within less than 30 minutes. I honestly don’t know how she does her job, but she does it the best I’ve ever seen it done! I had 12 tubes drawn she didn’t have a single pause in the ability to Complete my blood draw efficiently, effectively bruise I’m just blown away!
