Very rude staff. Went for a few simple blood tests ordered by my doctor after fasting 12 hours. Was called in after waiting 30 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time and the lady didn't say good morning and had a rude attitude. She tells me that there are no labs ordered to her and kept cutting me off when I was talking her to explain my situation. I gave her the labs my doc ordered on paper but she was rude when she told me it wouldn't work because it wasn't the actual lab order but just a doctor's note. I didn't know ... read more
Here's what's what. Hey .... Bean Counters at Corporate! Shut the Quarterly Statement and spring for a receptionist able to answer questions, assist in log-in, schedule appointments and do things you've forced the Techs to do. The appointment times would move much more quickly -- thereby accommodating walk-ins at busier locations -- if they weren't taking 5-10 minutes to do the things you're too cheap to want to pay. I always stop in at the Grand Island location before heading to work in The Falls. Always on time, sometimes even early. Very friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!
