Phlebotomist extremely skilled, as I have REALLY difficult hidden veins. Clean facility. Very punctual if you schedule ahead.
Went to the one on West River Dr. I’m a young adult who is trying to figure out adulting. Thought I was prepared, but wasn’t which is on me, but it’s the way I was treated that is unacceptable. From the get go she was rude and snappy, and it just got worse the longer I was there. I stuck up for myself then she started accusing me of being rude and started smacking my ID around. If you aren’t able to be nice to people then don’t work with them.
Visited a location in NE Grand Rapids, Michigan. Staff was friendly and efficient. Results received quickly. However, the billing has been a nightmare. A routine annual lipid panel for an annual well check was coded incorrectly and they keep trying to bill me when, in fact, they overcharged me on the copay and THEY owe ME money. The phlebotomist was excellent and had great people skills.
Very sweet and helpful staff. I had an unexpected reaction to blood drawing and they were very patient and helpful in getting through it. Will be coming back here in the future for any further tests.
