Billing and customer service department is horrible
I had a 1020 appointment. At 1040 a lady came out and said they were servicing 9:40 appointments so I left. This place makes money's... ton of cash and can't manage its business. Unacceptable.
Lawanda is phenomenal. Professional, helpful, kind and efficient. Give her a raise AND a promotion!
Appointments on line are always booked up, but I just walk-in. Sometimes I'm seen in 5 minutes, sometimes 15. You don't HAVE to have an appointment
Absolutely wonderful experience with this Quest location. Ease of setting up appointment online, excellent kiosk upon entry, friendly and efficient employees.
