Fast service, talented phlebotomists, my favorite Quest location!
The lab tech that drew my blood was very confused about everything it seemed, she was holding my lab orders in her hand and said to me I don’t see any orders - I pointed to the 7 orders and said what are these then. After asking me 3 times what arm I prefer and ever time answering what ever is easier for you, she said pick one so I put my right arm out and she says let’s do the left - that she wanted my to twist my body and place it on the right arm rest ???? The Employee who helped me, Sophie, was patient and explained everything thoroughly. She made the process efficient and smooth. Several other employees came to ask her questions and she was always able to answer and help them with a kind and patient demeanor, she seemed to be a great team player and leader.
