I’m not sure why the staff always seem to be in a bad mood. Always short answers, claiming they need my insurance when it’s already listed in the computer. Scheduling an appointment is easy but it’s the wait times that make no sense. Even if you schedule for 9, you’ll be sitting there until 9:20. Interesting because if you showed up 20 minutes late they wouldn’t serve you.. yet they’re allowed to be 20 minutes late. Results do come back quickly which is nice.

Adriane is a snot. I had an appointment for fertility testing. She grabbed my phone out of my hand and used my work email (which I turn off in the summer) to email HERSELF. She told me to wait an additional 10-15 for the email to go through. (Is it 2002?) It never went through because she (without my permission) GRABBED MY PHONE AND USED MY WORK EMAIL TO EMAIL MY MEDICAL INFORMATION TO HERSELF. Fire whichever staff member was in room 7 at 11am on July 17, 2025. Didn’t greet me, gave me attitude and was extremely rude. I am an unproblematic guest when going places because I have worked in customer service before. But making guests feel welcome and comfortable should be a no brainer everywhere ESPECIALLY when working in an environment where it can be stressful or overwhelming for the patients coming in (because doctor’s appointments can cause anxiety for many). The technician at this visit was incredibly nice, thorough and accommodating. Definitely the best experience I have had at a blood draw. She made sure the two requests I had did not have any overlapping tests. She went over the cost. And, most importantly, when she noticed the size of the draw, she offered to take me to another room and let me lay down. Then she talked to me during the draw to try to take my mind off the amount of blood drawn.

I was taken in on time but that’s the only positive. Denise was terrible, no eye contact had an attitude with a cold disposition. Was nervous that she still had to do my blood draw. Felt bad for the elderly checking in who are not familiar with kiosks. Staff seemed rude when having to help check the elderly in.
