I would give zero stars if I could. There were 2 people waiting for walk ins and 4 names were called for appointments who WERE NOT THERE and instead of the staff taking the walk ins who were there for over 30 min. In place of the no show appointments.. the staff took breaks instead and then came out and said the walk ins had to leave. HORRIBLE customer service, as we could see them just sitting there at the desk during the no shows. Arlene was outstanding. My doctors office had forgotten to place the orders. I was there with my kiddos – she was patient, she was kind, and she was understanding. Could she have been frustrated and at the end of her row so close to closing? Yes. But she was outstanding with both my kids and I, even when my baby needed to use the bathroom.
**Make an appointment before you go in!! There are always lots of slots available the day before** I’ve had 3 blood draws now in less than a week, different places, different phlebotomists. Today I had Jean, and she was so fantastic. Jean had me in and out within 5 minutes of my appointment. I have a really bad needle phobia, but Jean made me feel very comfortable. Our doctor was absolutely amazing! She went out of her way and gave us the best treatment! We will only ever go to this location from now on. I was supposed to receive an email to leave a review for her specifically, but I hadn't and couldn't let it go without giving an amazing review! 100/5 Stars 🌟
Very disappointed. This location used to be great but at our most recent visit the staff were unfriendly, lab results came back saying patient refused some tests (we did not refuse anything, and in fact encouraged the provider to do everything the doctor ordered) and to top it off the toilet paper holder in the bathroom for urine collection was so close to the toilet and so sharp that it cut my partners leg!
