I have used the Enfield Quest Diagnostics twice and had a great experience each time. I scheduled my appointment online and did mobile check in with my smart phone so never had to use the kiosk. The phlebotomists I had were friendly, efficient and knowledgable. I did not have any bruising around my vein after the blood was drawn. The results were fast (next day for some) and I could easily access the results through my online account. I would give zero stars if I could. There were 2 people waiting for walk ins and 4 names were called for appointments who WERE NOT THERE and instead of the staff taking the walk ins who were there for over 30 min. In place of the no show appointments.. the staff took breaks instead and then came out and said the walk ins had to leave. HORRIBLE customer service, as we could see them just sitting there at the desk during the no shows. I had almost no wait at all, and to check in when I got there, all I had to do was click a link. Most important, the woman who drew my blood was the BEST! She not only was quick and painless, she also took the time to explain an insurance issue to me so that hopefully I can get coverage for the testing. Much appreciated.

I came to get my blood drawn and the provider told me, “This won’t feel sore like a shot,” so I chose my dominant arm. I feel misled because my arm is way more sore than it is when I get shots, and there is dark bruising all around my veins. She seemed to rush the process and wasn’t gentle. One plus is how quick the appointment was. But I don’t plan to come back here again unless it’s a last resort.

Overall the office was clean. I waited less then 5 mins for my name to be called after checking in. The medical professionals who took my blood was kind, she stuck me easily and it didnt hurt at all. I was in and our in about 8 mins. Would def recommend this location.
