Very clean. Friendly staff and had someone helping in the check-in area.
Quest has been my go to for all my blood work for a number of years. The facility is great and the staff terrific.
They really need someone in the waiting area to assist people with issues. While I find the system easy enough to use and never had a problem there were 3 very confused people in the waiting area. They took up way too much time with 2 different phlebotomists delaying everyone else in the waiting area. Also, the person I had was so detached she barely looked at me. When someone new comes in the room the chair should already be open and I shouldn't have to lift the arm rest, then she put a signature plate on the arm rest and a... read more
