I had to wait 1 hour to be seen even though I had an appointment. This office is extremely under staffed.
My tech was wonderful with a great sense of humor. Quest always makes it easy with lots of locations.
Terrible experience. Two and half hours to get blood taken and this is with an appointment. Short staff and not organized
I had an appointment at Quest for my 12-month-old baby, yet we still waited over an hour before being seen. When it was finally our turn, the staff member, Denise, delayed us another 30 minutes because she asked me to email her some lab paperwork. I asked multiple times for help since this was for my baby, but everyone else there was rude and dismissive. Once we got into the room, things got even worse.
