Trina is an angel heaven sent from above. I was quite nervous for my appointment today as I’ve had very little bloodwork done and she took all of my concerns seriously spoke with me and really put me at ease. She made me feel very taken care of and even made me laugh during the appointment - a testament to how much her personality cut through my anxiety! The staff are very friendly, caring and they definitely know what they're doing. They are pretty fast too.
I went to the Quest at tha Southgate Plaza not realizing u need a appointment or u will be sitting there for hourZ. I was told by my doctor that i could just go there and i will be seen, i checked in and my name was on tha screen as a stand-by, which means u aint guna be seen until all appointments are done, they take all appointments 1st, if i would have known that i would have made a appointment ahead of time, s0 I left about hour and 45 mins later, went home and made a appointment.
