Go to ANY other location locally if you can. I scheduled a three-hour test at 7am to ensure it could be completed before they close at 11am. I wasn’t seen until 7:25am because an employee showed up to work late, at which time they informed me they no longer had time to honor my appointment and couldn’t help me. When I went back to the waiting room, other customers shared with me their previous bad experiences with this location.
