Lab error on recent test. Probably went into wrong tube or wrong reagent. Who gets to pay for the lab error?
The service center was fast and efficient. The technician who took my blood was amazing, wish I could get her every time. She was professional, had the right amount of small talk, and took my blood like a pro, it didn't even hurt!
