No wait. Excellent service. Staff was pleasant and kind. Phlebotomist was great at her job.
I went to quest for a routine blood panel as ordered by my physician. I went to quest and had my blood drawn. The results never came so I called my doctors office. They investigated and were told by quest that because I did not fast before the blood draw (which was NOT required or ordered by the physician) the sample was thrown out and disregarded. This decision was done by the tech at quest without consulting the doctors office. Completely outrageous. I now have to have the blood drawn again. I would go someplace else in th... read more
The phlebotomist was excellent. She was prompt, pleasant, kind, thorough, and quick.
