excellent, help excellent environment excellent people
This is my second time going to quest diagnostics on Francis Lewis blvd for my son who was only 6 months old the first time and second time was 17 months. I want to mention how wonderful Carla was both times I went. She got him right away, we had to collect multiple tubes of blood, she made sure to write patient is a difficult stick so we wouldn’t have to come back to stick him again. She is professional, offered emotion support and provided ease in a stressful situation.
Extremely rude staff, they can’t answer simple questions and talk condescending to you. Please get new staff. Zero stars. Zero customer service.
It was fast and easy. Hardly no wait time. And had no pain! Thanks!
