I went back for my blood draw this morning. My appointment was at 9:10, and I was out by 9:19! Carla is truly gifted. Thank you so much —————— I usually have a very hard time with blood draws because my veins are difficult to find, and it’s often a stressful experience for me. But Carla was amazing. She found the vein right away and made the whole process quick and painless. She was also very gentle and reassuring, which made a big difference. I truly appreciate her skill and kindness. staff are very respectful snd amazing the problrm is the parking / we are seniors having a hard time sometimes the valet attendant should br there earlier at least before 7;00 am in horace harding branch parking is reslly good but theres only one staff and sometimes she is late last time we waited more than an hour
Quick and easy! In and out to get my blood work done in 15 minutes minites. The staff were very friendly and courteous. I've been coming here for a while now and I've got no complaints.
I made a same day appointment on the app I checked in on my phone when I entered the building and they took me in about 5 minutes later. The phlebotomist was very friendly and professional. She got my vein on the first try and it was painless. I have very difficult veins so I was very grateful! I have been to this site a handful of times now and every time I have had a very positive experience. I’m grateful for the service and the location.
