so unorganized. i always have a standing order, and they take forever to enter it, but somehow it's never there the next time i need to go for another draw. terrible system
Had an appointment, showed up early, yet it took staff nearly two hours to call my name. There are other people of color here that seem to be waiting much longer than others- regardless of age or appointment status.
