This review is from Patricia from 09/02/25 visit, I was very surprised this time when I visited Quest, new screen indicating the name of donors and order of being called also a Quest technician came out and explained the process of being called. it was 100% improvement from the last time I was there. the technician that saw me was excellent. I recomment this location.

I waited a half hour past my scheduled appointment time in a crowded waiting room. When I was finally seen, they couldn't get blood out of my right arm so they went for my left arm. Now my arm is black and blue where they stuck me.

The staff very rude. No professional service at all . They need to get a training how to treat patients. Someone need to check this clinic. Or they work for free. hire other people with more Education.

I had an appointment today and had bad experience.The system is something wrong and the staff are not nice, aggressive and not helpful.the worst part is they not admit that about the system error and the staff (she)talked that I didn’t do the right checked in.i had to do checked in 2 times.first I did with my phone and second I did at the desk. Still did not show my name on waiting list screen.so I can’t not wait any longer I have other things to do.
