got there at a good time, only one person in the waiting room, called in as soon as i registered, in and out, very good experience!
I made an 8:50am appt and was in out by 9:10am. The key is to make an appt in advance. Walk-ins will wait longer. There's a check in kiosk at the front and you need your drivers license and insurance card as it will get scanned front and back as part of the check in process. I was greeted and treated with courtesy and respect. These places could be nerve wracking, but given my experience, I would definitely come back here if needed and would recommend as long as the above steps are followed
