I dread getting bloodwork done. I have almost fainted in the past. The clinician was so nice, hardworking, quick and professional. I hardly felt anything. I think she works there by herself which is a shame because she deserves her lunch break and unfortunately people have to wait. So I did wait for a little while but not that long. I would suggest not booking around lunch time. Company needs to hire more staff for this location. Other than that everything else was great. I felt discriminated against, bad attention, they didn't attend to us, we arrived 30 minutes earlier and they told us to reschedule the appointment again and there was no one in the waiting room

Shanell was the lady who helped us, she was extremely helpful I am beyond satisfied with how fast she was able to draw blood from my tough toddler. She was very patient and knowledgeable in her work and also pleasant to be with.
