I WENT TO THIS LOCATION TODAY AND I MUST SAY KUDOS TO LAB TECHNICIAN SHENELLE, I HOPE I AM SPELLING HER NAME CORRECTLY. THE MOMENT YOU ENTERED, CHECK IN FOR YOUR APPT, YOU DO NOT WAIT LONGER THAN 5 MINUTES BEFORE YOU ARE GREETED PROFESSIONAL LY AND TAKEN TO HAVE YOUR LABS DONE. THE LAB TECHNICIAN WAS VERY POLITE, RESPECTFUL, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Awesome experience! Shanelle was wonderful this morning. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time and from check-in on the simple, user-friendly kiosk to having my blood drawn, I was out the door in 15 minutes flat! I love it!
Did bloodwork there and was left bruised. The blood tech used a thick needle and shifted the needle around in my skin citing she couldn't find a vein while leaving me bruised in the aftermath. I dont recommend. P.S. This is the 3rd set of bruises from there. I never have this happen at my P.C.P. office or the emergency room when getting blood drawn. Only here at this Quest location. Update: one week later; the area where blood was drawn feels painful everytime I move my arm around for daily activities.
