Shanell was the lady who helped us, she was extremely helpful I am beyond satisfied with how fast she was able to draw blood from my tough toddler. She was very patient and knowledgeable in her work and also pleasant to be with.
I come here every 3 months for blood tests in the morning and they are never open on time!
The staff is very friendly and caring. I recommend this location to anyone because it is always clean and efficient. I wish every where I had to go for an appointment was as efficient as Quest Diagnostics!
Despite the fact that I booked the appointment through the Quest patient portal and receiving a consultation code, a text AND an email, when I arrived for my appointment the next day and checked in, the device had NO RECORD of the scheduled appointment. I asked office personnel for assistance to check me in and THEY couldn’t do it. I showed them a picture of the application and gave them the confirmation code as well as the email and they still couldn’t see me at my scheduled time.
