Girl came in to draw blood carrying her phone with loud music playing when I said I've been coming here for years and never had anyone come to draw blood playing loud music. She said it might not be to your taste but we are allowed to have music! I said it was not calming music and asked her to turn it down, she did slightly. Quest needs to vet their employees and not allow them to play rap music during their blood draws. Very unprofessional! Dr. Carmen G. Burds
