It's been 15 days since my COVID test and I have not gotten results. This is simply gross mismanagement and negligence. Not once have they answered a call or reached out. Inadequate, inhumane and incompetent.
They can improve by serving their patients instead of expecting their patients to serve them. They can improve by having people who answer the phone instead of taking almost 45 minutes before you get a real live person. They can improve by listening to what you have to say, once you get a real live person, instead of being rude & interrupting you like you are an idiot. I will never return to Quest for anything & will do whatever I can do ensure none of my family an/dor friends use them either.
