I walk in before 7:00 am. The appointment automated system specify the wait time from 30 min to 1 hour. I spend 1 hour and 40 minutes without been attended. I asked if they were attending walk ins and one of the persons told me that the wait time is from 30 to 1 hour or more, so by definition, you can be waiting 10 hours before they attend you. This visit was Just a waste of my time.
