personal was very professional and courteous, in and out in about 20 minutes.
Courteous staff
Train your people better! They can’t even assist with identity verification if the website isn’t working. Employee specifically stated “oh sorry can’t help you with that it’s a website problem”. When on the website it CLEARLY states go to the nearest location to verify your identity if this doesn’t work. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.
