I LIKE THE MOBILE CHECK IN, AND THE TEXT MSG I receive when I arrived, to check in,
The whole process is well organized and runs smoothly. The only thing I don’t like is that if there is an issue with a lab request the phlebotomist discusses it with the patient’s parent or guardian out in the open in the waiting room where everyone else can hear. That should be held in the back so other patients cannot hear.
As always. Hardly any wait, w scheduled appointment. Very professional, fast, and friendly service.
