I literally walked in the door 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment and I was taken right ON TIME!!! Yay!!! Also, you all stopped taking so many vials of blood - bravo!! As a cancer survivor I appreciate not taking so many vials - you don’t need it! Thank-you!!
The staff here are competent. I have been going to this Questlab for almost 20yrs and they have never disappoint me
I usually like this place unfortunately, the phlebotomist didn’t know her stuff at all. I’m walking around with a huge black and blue, which I never usually get. And apparently the girl doesn’t know how to smile. She messed up completely and said don’t worry if the bank collapses Maybe it’s time to look for another place
Ease of making appointment on line. Simple check in at kiosk. Not a long wait. Staff is friendly. I received my results on the app next day. Highly reccommend this location
