I usually like this place unfortunately, the phlebotomist didn’t know her stuff at all. I’m walking around with a huge black and blue, which I never usually get. And apparently the girl doesn’t know how to smile. She messed up completely and said don’t worry if the bank collapses Maybe it’s time to look for another place
Ease of making appointment on line. Simple check in at kiosk. Not a long wait. Staff is friendly. I received my results on the app next day. Highly reccommend this location
I was a walk in on standby at 1pm, there were 3 other standby's, they had no appointment check in's from 140pm to 2pm but didn't call any of us because "they have to go by the computer, it tells them who to call next" and they waited for the next appointment person that checked in and just kept taking them as they walked in. Sandy was absolutely amazing! My son usually gets very upset and cries whenever he has to have his blood drawn, but Sandy was so patient, gentle, and kind that she made him feel completely at ease. To my surprise, he didn't cry at all! She took the time to make him feel comfortable, and her calm, caring approach made all the difference. We are so grateful for her compassion and professionalism. She truly turned what is normally a stressful experience into a positive one. Thank you, Sandy!
