I had an appointment and was only waiting a few minutes after checking in before I was able to be seen. I informed the staff that I usually pass out during the blood being taken so he performed multiple measures to try to prevent this and make sure I was comfortable. He also distracted me as best he could during the process and it was successful. It was the first time I did not pass out while having blood drawn in several years and I owe it to his service.
Quick, clean and convenient place to get lab work. My phlebotomist Cardinal was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this location if you are in the area.
Staff were extremely kind and took their time when I informed them that I typically faint during bloodwork. I really appreciated their care, and highly recommend this clinic.
