I always get excellent service at this location. The staffers that I have met are nice and professional. The check-in system is also very easy. They could spruce up the waiting room a bit. That is why I deducted one star. Once you get into the blood drawing area, those spaces are fine, but the waiting room seems a little DMV-like for a medical office. If it was a little more cheerful, I would give it a perfect score.
It’s on the second floor and you have to go through security, check in, and wait to drop something off.
I got there early, was seen early and I left early. I love this Quest Diagnostics!!!! I forgot my phlebotomist name but he had the best silver and white Nikes. Thank you sir for your care!
