Ms. Guzman sanitized the entire area before I went into the cubicle to have my blood drawn, which is extreme difficult because my veins are hard to locate. However, she did it in know time at all and with almost to pain.
This place is trash, after mostly bad experiences here I’m done, their whole check in/appointment system is garbage. I’ve been sitting here for over an hour and the ENTIRE time this woman has been blasting profane rap from her phone speaker in the middle of the waiting room, kids the elderly all present and the staff hasn’t said a word to point out how inappropriate this is.
The individual administering the blood tests does not speak English and was unable to understand the medical paperwork specifying the required tests. Also, I was billed twice. This situation is concerning and potentially unsafe, and I strongly believe it needs to be addressed.
Single handedly THE most unprofessional place you can ever book with; the people are consistently unprofessional, slow, rude and you can get there early and they’ll have you sitting there for thirty minutes waiting to be seen while they chat with other workers and patients (while you gotta get to work) but be 10 minutes late and they will close early and tell you to reschedule which is CRAZY. Great staff. Quiet. Professional warm welcome even from passersby. Clean facilities. Visit was quicker than wait time which wasn’t long at all. First timers: Attend Tablet on left upon entering area.
