I had an excellent experience with the nurse/phlebotomist. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name exactly, but I believe it was Lani.She was incredibly kind, attentive, professional, and welcoming. Her warm smile and positive attitude immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Had been going to Quest on Clove Road but opted to try the Forest Avenue location. This one is much quieter, less crowded, and has Lani. I am a rather difficult draw but today, had a great experience, as far as having blood drawn is concerned. Very professional with a kind and gentle hand. Thank you Lani. My wife had blood drawn by Jasmine today also and had a very good experience and she has small veins too. A win win, and we will be going there from this point on.
Even though they were backed up but my phlebotomist was super amazing, very careful, very efficient, and very caring.
Quest on 653 forest Ave Staten Island is my favorite location. Everyone there is friendly, nice knowledgeable, and compassionate.
