David Was AMAZING!
Had to come here twice, once to pick up my sample kit and they gave it to me in a gigantic clear bag, and when I asked if they had anything more discreet, they said sorry someone forgot to order bags so I had to ask back into my apartment building with a plastic bed pan in a gigantic clear bag. I then had to return to drop off the sample and get blood work. Unbelievable as it may seem, getting a blood test was a pleasant experience. The Rockvile Centre, NY facility had a friendly, polite and courteous staff. Easy to check in and short wait time after check in completed. Phlebotomist was skilled, courteous and professional.
