The system sent me an email with a link to this address. I was told that I am supposed to go to a new location or get taken in as a walk in? I pay the price of waiting for a glitch your system had? You should accommodate patients if you made the mistake.
Inefficient and outdated. Quest Diagnostics feels stuck in 1998. Even with an appointment, my name didn’t appear on the waiting list—I had to check in again. The receptionist struggled to send my script due to no Wi-Fi in the building; I ended up using my own hotspot. My 8:30 AM appointment took over an hour. Everything is entered manually and requires multiple signatures. In sharp contrast, Northwell has me in and out in under 15 minutes with same-day results. Quest seriously needs to catch up to 2025.
A shout out to Hennie/ Honey for an amazing job with my mom's bloodwork! She is upbeat, caring and attentive. Best service at Quest Diagnostics! My mom mentioned that she didn't feel anything with the needle stick. 5 stars!
Extremely long wait times. Patients waiting over 2 hours in waiting room to be called in.
