Blood work is not fun, but the women who work at this location are rock stars. I made an appointment online and check-in at the kiosk was easy. So many bad reviews here are because people tried to walk-in - just do not do that. The end. Make an appointment. It's easy. My doctor did not provide information regarding where test results should be sent which caused a big ordeal. Was not Quest's fault, my doctor's fault. Not bad wait time considering 1 person was working. They need more people working there for excellent service. Im adding to this review. This place has disrespectful people. Literally, no one was there. I asked if my daughter could get blood drawn, they denied and didn't allow me to use the computer. The nurse basically came and canceled on the screen when I was inputting all the info. Who does that? That is a trespass of personal space and privacy. The tech was great, but the hours end sooo early and they had no butterfly needles and the straight needles are horrible!
I did blood work here today. I bought the package online and made an appointment. The nurse was very kind and did her job professionally and quickly. I have a fear of needles and it is very difficult to find my vein, they usually have to try several times. My experience was excellent, I didn't feel anything, everything happened so quickly, she found my vein the first time. All recommendations and thanks 🤗
