If you arrive within the last 30 minutes, they will refuse you service AND be incredibly rude while doing so. I traveled across 2 boroughs to get here and was very polite, and the attitude they responded with was entirely uncalled for.

Everything was good, except some technical problem logging in at the location, where my reservation wasn't found, and I had to join the waitlist.

I cannot recommend this place enough. My phlebotomist Oni was the gentlest, most skillful I have ever experienced. I literally didn’t even feel the needle. I will be going back here the next time I need bloodwork. I also was seen right away and had no wait time. Please say thank you to Oni.
