The first phlebotomist was very rude and left bruises on my arms. The second one was nice, but the environment seemed unsanitary. The tourniquet used on each person’s arm was placed on top of open, supposedly sterile napkins, which is unacceptable.
Staff at this location were incredibly unhelpful. They were unable to find a test result that was in their system and did very little to try address the issue. When I called Quest, they affirmed there shouldn't have been an issue in finding the request. I won't be coming back to this location.
Had a fantastic experience !! Angelina was very helpful and efficient with me when I had a little difficulty downloading my bar code. I was able to get in and out the building smoothly
It's rare to find a medical assistant that can find my veins without poking me a few times. So, I am grateful for that.
I did not have to wait long to be called back, even without an appointment. The technician, Myra, was kind, quick, and very professional. Would recommend going here if you ever need blood drawn.
