There is an extreme lack of communication. No one explained your excellent mobile check in (which works great). No one explained that it will not work until ten minutes before your appointment. We are treated like animals directed down chutes with no information. You lack humanity in your attempt for efficiency - but you come up short in efficiency because of your failure to explain your technology. I have had blood taken several times from the phlebotomist named Sanije. She is very thorough and caring. She always takes my blood with no issues. Thank you.

I'M ALWAYS TREATED VERY NICELY AT QUEST DIAGNOSTICS. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I ALSO APPRECIATE THE TIMELINESS IN GETTING TEST RESULTS.

I would like to commend two of your workers/phlebotomists who were exceptional in the care of my daughter Katelyn who is a 20 year old with significant developmental disabilities. These two workers names are Sanije and Tania. They were kind, supportive, patient and got her blood drawn quickly and without over stressing my daughter in a very stressful situation for her. I cannot thank them both enough for being amazing professionals and caring humans.
