My scheduled appointment was prompt and easy. Staff was very friendly And showed empathy.The tech who saw me was extremely kind and knowledgeable. The stress of going there gets lifted every time I see her. She's so kindhearted. It's easier to deal with illness when dealing with people like her.
I had a quick visit at Quest today. I very happy with the service provided. I was in and out so quick as a walk-in. I arrived at 7am as they were open. The staff was friendly and greeted everyone with good morning. I was assigned Victoria, she was great. Assisted me with all my needs and concerns. Definitely making the change from the Hylan location in the Hylan Plaza to the Willowbook location from now on
