I was impressed by how easy it was to schedule an appointment, by the communication prior to the appointment, the ease of using the kiosk and by the overall cleanliness of the facility. Alexis, who took my blood, was very good and careful and also a nice person.
The check-in process is tedious and frustrating. Setting appointments online is also very tedious and discouraging. Wait times without an appointment are typically way too long for those of us who have to work during the day. The office itself looks like it's in a third world country. This outfit needs new digs.
Poor instructions and worse attitude … Find a job that makes you happy and not treat your customers badly.

Let me start off by saying I absolutely hate having my blood drawn. It brings on great anxiety for me. Ok now that that's out of the way, this was the Easiest blood test I have ever had done! I made the appt online and went to the Juan Tabo office. Very easy to find, very easy check in. My wait time was a little under 10 minutes and the phlebotomist was EXCELLENT.
