WARNING: HSA Card Fraud Do not trust this facility with your payment information. After a staff member took my HSA card details for a lab visit, unauthorized charges appeared on my account from Costco online purchases. This is illegal and a complete failure of management to vet their employees. I will not be returning.
Hard to get morning appts, but other than that, VERY efficient. I got all my results the very next morning!
Don't let anyone tell you that you don't need an appointment. Make and appointment and everything will go smoothly!
