I had a very disappointing experience at the Quest Diagnostics location on Juan Tabo. When I arrived, there were a couple of elderly ladies waiting in line to be seen. Unfortunately, the lab technicians were treating these elderly patients very poorly. The staff came across as rude and dismissive, with little patience or basic courtesy. Wait depends on number of clients in line ahead of you. Small parking lot, but usually open spaces are available. The lab shares the area with an Optum Clinic. Lab employees are friendly, efficient, and competent. Small waiting area with chairs along the hallway. Not much privacy when asked your birthdate because multiple people are within earshot, including other clients getting lab work done.

I don't remember the name of the woman who helped me. She was able to accommodate me even though the next available appointment wasn't until 3 hours later. I really appreciated that.
