I should’ve listened to the reviews. I came here and two people poked me 4 times and couldn’t get my samples. I drove 3 hours to get here because there are no Quest Labs near me. I could see and feel my own veins and they just couldn’t get them. I was this close to asking if I could just do it myself, because even putting the tourniquet on my arm I could tell they were very inexperienced. Absolutely the worst experience I've had. They lose appointments, consistently run 30 minutes or more behind, and tell you that they are going to lunch so you'll have to wait longer even though you have an appointment. Very unprofessional. You cannot even get a human being on the phone. I would avoid this location at all costs. Really wish my doc would use a different lab. Really... don't ever come to this location. Took two visits and over an hour to complete a 5 minute procedure.
I had an appointment and was able to check in on my phone. I was taken back very quickly. The wonderful woman who did my blood work was really nice and very good at it, as I can be a difficult find.
