I had an appointment and was able to check in on my phone. I was taken back very quickly. The wonderful woman who did my blood work was really nice and very good at it, as I can be a difficult find.
NOT A WALK in. They say you can just walk in, but they won’t actually see you. they will make you wait til there’s no one else which could be all day… Waited a few HOURS and they would not see me told me they would only see me if no one else came in. Shouldn’t say “walk in” more like waste your entire day and you will still not be seen. Very unprofessional! Do not go to this location
Don't waste your time at this location. They have one phlebotomy on duty, with everyone leaving for lunch at the same time. Avoid at all costs!!
My driver arriver at 11:50 am for a drug test appointment which was scheduled at 12PM, they kept him waiting for 2 hours and then let other people go before him. Shameful
