Waited 4 hours for a drug screen for employment. Ended up having to cancel other urgent appointments to wait. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.
The lab tech (Deyonte, I think) was excellent. Didn't feel a thing. Facility is always exceptionally clean
Although I never got a response from Quest regarding a past and unfavorable experience I am not sure why these surveys are conducted. Is this for your ratings, or for coaching, or something else? That said, the Journal Center location is absolutely the best. I asked the phlebotomist how she liked her job, she shared her experience of working in the hospital setting and where she he is now, and she said she loves where she is now. I had an appointment with Devonte today. When I went in, I saw that he had googled how to pronounce my name, and had said it correctly! This little gesture meant the world to me, especially since I have heard every mispronunciation of my name under the sun. The fact that he took the time to learn how to say it right made me feel so honored! Thanks to him, I had a very positive experience.
