Technicians don’t go beyond getting your blood. They don’t have anyone you can talk to or ask questions. They are always running behind so if you have an appointment it is hardly ever honored.

Been to this place three times in the last three days to complete a pre-employment drug screening. First day I got there at 3pm: drug screenings only run 8am to 2pm. Ok, my bad, I wasn’t paying attention, though that’s pretty inconvenient for anyone working a 9-to5. Second day I got there at 9am to find there were was no possible availability for walk-ins. Horrible experience. A nurse took the time to come out and told me that I wouldn’t be able to be seen until my apt at 2pm even if I walked in at 7:39am. She refused to take as walk in and canceled my check in
