If I could give zero stars I would. My wife had an appointment at 1:30pm for a simple drug screening test. She went in and almost an hour and a half later she was done. How can a urine drug test take over an hour to complete? This location is terrible, the staff are terrible. Please close down this location and reopen with competent staff.
Worst lab ever!
Quick and easy visit. And the staff was friendly and efficient. Made an appointment online, showed up on time, and was in an office 5 minutes later. Everything worked flawlessly. The waiting room was kind of boring, though. I might even call it depressing. There needs to be more pictures, and music, and magazines, and more comfortable chairs.
Poorly staffed and don’t keep appointments on schedule.
