Great experience, they took my 3 year old very fast. She is very 50/50 when it comes to doctors visits and things like this so I was worried but the phlebotomists did an excellent job and she didn’t even cry! So glad her first blood draw was not traumatic. 10/10
I came into this location 10 to 20 minutes before my appointment thinking that I could get seen earlier but no. First, the check-in option in the front is just an iPad but it was giving me trouble so it took me to wait a few moments and someone will be right up to see me it did not take until 20 minutes later for someone to assist me with signing in. This place is amazing they love walk-ins ! You don’t need an appointment! Great services
Never coming to this location here again. First they could not find my appt. But they do take me in anyway, so 2 stars but the employee uses a big needle!! Never knew they still use those needles. And it was painful. She had to take out the needle out bc I ask her but it’s painful. Luckily she takes out a smaller needle and goes somewhere else on my arm and put the needle in. I’ve never screamed so much in my life while getting blood work done in suck a long time.
