Convenient and friendly when I've been there. Booked same-day, easy blood draw, got results the next day.
I went to quest diagnostics for a blood test my doctor requested a few days ago. this location was not so busy when I went and it took just 15 minutes to be called by the technician. They have a kiosk where you can self-register to save time and the machine takes photos of your ID and insurance card. It was easy and quick. Once I was called, she asked me for the blood test documents. She asked me to pick the arm I wanted to use, and it didn't hurt at all, i was out of there in 5 minutes. Clean and efficient. Staff made efforts to make sure people in the waiting room were checked in or had been taken care of. It is in a nice building, easy to get to and I have saved it as my favorite Quest location!
Took 15 mins after they should’ve opened to let anyone into the waiting room in. Now we are 30 mins past the first appointment time and 10 people are sitting here, no one has gone back. Unacceptable. Update: first person was taken back 45 mins past their scheduled appointment, no reason they should be late given these are the first appointments
