Clean and efficient. Staff made efforts to make sure people in the waiting room were checked in or had been taken care of. It is in a nice building, easy to get to and I have saved it as my favorite Quest location!
Took 15 mins after they should’ve opened to let anyone into the waiting room in. Now we are 30 mins past the first appointment time and 10 people are sitting here, no one has gone back. Unacceptable. Update: first person was taken back 45 mins past their scheduled appointment, no reason they should be late given these are the first appointments
You MUST make an appointment for a short wait time. With an appointment, my wait times were only about 10 minutes. The phlebotomy technicians are pleasant, efficient and professional. If you’re a walk-in, they do their best to accommodate you between others with appointments. It’s a pleasant experience for blood work, and the E. 57th St. location is excellent for area residents as well as people who work in the area.
Specimens were not suitable. 13 blood draws (ogtt) no cannula. Draw times recorded as 3 hours after i left lab. Abysmal medical care. Customer service didn’t care one iota.
