Had an appointment to take a test today. Take PTO from work, get there to be told that they are out of stock of the test. You couldn't tell me before I show up? I will never go to this location again.
As someone who knows what a hard workplace is, by experience, I have the utmost respect for workers, particularly healthcare workers. This place, however, is staffed by some of the poorest trained, mediocre and rude fast food workers imaginable. Take any supermarket cashier, train them in phlebotomy, and you'll likely get better service. But this is a testament to lousy management and our broken healthcare system. I don't recommend this place AT ALL.
How is even possible this place is so dirty and it’s suppose to be a Lab where you get tested? This is insane! No one should get tested in here!
Everybody at the Riverdale Office was very helpful and pleasant. The results came very fast to my Portal.
