Very unprofessional. I fasted took a cab there to find out they closed way earlier then closing.
My experience at this Riverdale, NY Quest Diagnostics location was extremely disappointing. Even though I had a scheduled appointment, I was told it didn’t matter and that I wouldn’t be seen. The staff was unprofessional, rude, and completely unhelpful. The worker I interacted with seemed lazy and uninterested in doing their job, and I felt brushed off from the moment I walked in. This location should be closed down. The way they treat everyone is illegal. We going to better ourself and our health and everyone is beyond rude and very passive aggressive. The older Spanish lady who helped me stated “this is a legal test I can stop it if I feel like something is wrong”. She said that all because I didn’t give enough urine to her liking. I’ve always had a good experience at this location in the past. However, the quality of service has declined. There’s a new phlebotomist, I believe his name is Danny, that was rude and unprofessional. He complained the entire time and sucked his teeth several times since I had a paper script and he did not want to enter the information manually. He then entered the incorrect doctor information. This is a location with many elderly. Please treat people with compassion and professionalism.
Staff was very accommodating.
