Leticia, one of the phlebotomists, at this Quest location is a WONDER WOMAN 💜 She is absolutely the best! She is fast, her technique of prepping you before drawing the blood is amazing, and in no time, it’s done! She is also very kind!
Great location. Clean facility. No wait time. Professional staff. My appointment only took a few minutes.
I was ten minutes late and was treated as a walk in but there is no one there to talk to . I had trouble navigating the walk in process on the iPad until finally a grump nurse left her station to walk my through it. I was charged $89 for a test that my doctor told me is covered by my insurance. I chose not to get a second test for $250 that my doctor also told me is covered by my insurance. I find it repulsive that the same nurse who is drawing blood is asking for my credit card. Shame on you. Isn't Quest making enough money... read more
Leticia is amazing! I have never gone in for bloodwork without multiple pokes and trials because I have very thin veins. Not Leiticia, she found it immediately! She has a great personality and is very professional! I will only ever get my bloodwork done here moving forward.
