Heticia and Renata are very competent, and the blood draw was quick and smooth. They made the entire process comfortable and reassuring, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I had an excellent experience at this location.
I always have an incredible experience at this location. All the phlebotomists show extreme care and have you in and out so quickly. I was just here being taken care of by Letizia and she’s amazing.
Largely seamless experience. If you have appointment, this is quick and easy. The digital kiosk being the only check-in option is probably not the best idea. Older folks were having a very hard time with its functionality and could barely manage the buttons. It delayed me from checking in by several minutes because they couldn't figure out how to use it and/or the buttons were unresponsive to their fingertips.
