I had labs run at quest, and received a bill which hadn't been properly filed with insurance. I have attempted every way I can think to contact Quest to update my insurance information, but the phone numbers listed on my bill are disconnected, the myquest number just disconnects when I am transferred to billing, and the email customer service is slow and has been giving me the runaround. Extremely frustrating!
I arrived at this location to get labs done (12:15 in the afternoon on a Tuesday) but this location was closed. I'm not even sure if this is an actual lab location or just a company office.
