I had a very positive experience at this location. I made my appointment online and I got the appointment I wanted one hour later. Check in was very quick. I just tapped on the reservation page on my phone and that completed my check in. Two minutes later, I was greeted by Linda S. who called me in and drew my blood. Although I have deep veins, Linda drew my blood quickly. I didn’t even feel the needle. She was very courteous and professional. It was a great experience. I highly recommend this location.

I had routine blood work done at this location. Some of my blood samples did not arrive at the testing lab. It took a full week to get the partial results back. All key markers my GP wanted to see came back "test not performed, specimen not found". I think this is unacceptable. I will use another company next time...

Had no wait on top of my appointment time and the staff were very nice and competent. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was very quick and was able to get a vein on the first try (can be tricky with my arms sometimes). Will be coming back!
