It was very easy to make an appointment. I was seen on time and India, who took care of me, was amazing. She was polite/friendly, efficient and VERY good at drawing blood.
Staff were very unfriendly ! Very unbothered about the wait time . Very slow answering questions . Was not helpful , didn’t want to be or even care to be. Moved very slow and without a purpose . If you are sick this is not the location to visit .
Parking next to office. Waiting room is always clean. I don't think I have ever been seen more than 5 - 10 minutes of my appointment time. Employees are well trained.
My daughter has a primary immunodeficiency, so I requested the technician to wear a mask, but she refused because my daughter and I were wearing masks. Her lack of concern for my daughter’s health and safety was appalling.
