All automated check-in no one to answer questions. Wait for 20 mins to confirm that indeed my provider did not submit the orders here. I had to wait my turn just to ask the question to find out. I did not have anyway of finding out this morning where this lab work was ordered. My chart, no reference, office closed or answering system.
The lady I worked with was great, I have no complaints about her. However I came here to get blood drawn while on vacation for a STAT result my doctor in AZ needed. This location confirmed they would have results done in 24 hours, and results would be posted. Three days later neither I or my doctor received results. I called customer service, and for some reason Quest canceled the test and there is no record of results or my blood sample.
