No idea why this location gets so many negative reviews. I have been here about 8 times and have never had an issue. The staff are extremely friendly and am usually in and out quickly. The online scheduling is also very straightforward.
Really convenient location, easy check-in, and quick experience.
This office has no ability to maintain patient privacy due to thin walls and the fact that there is an open vertical space running along the front window through all the rooms that allows other patients entering the building and in the main waiting room to hear what is being said.
There always something with this place. Got my blood taken and half hour later they start blowing up my phone and start blabbering about something I have no clue about. I just hung up. Bizarre to say the least
Went to Brentwood Quest to drop off a specimen, the employee helping me needed assistance trying to figure out whether specimen was in proper container. I made her aware it was, as I used quest code look-up to have certainty. Her coworker then comes in and is insisting that I have used the wrong container. She tried to make me take home another kit.
