I gave it a two star, but I should give it a three because some of the people are nice but the company itself is horrible. Tell me why it takes less than three days for a 10 year background check worldwide to come back but it takes more than three days to get a drug test back
they haven't figured out the mobile app , so always the kiosk! However the people are wonderful, professional, friendly and efficient. It is always so close as well to my home and errands I need to run.
YOU HAVE SO MANY OTHER OPTIONS TO GET YOUR BLOODWORK DONE! DON’T GO TO QUEST!!! I was a half hour early for my appointment. I was asked into the room, but the tech, a loud, miserable woman said they don’t have my prescription. So I called my Dr’s office, whose office manager told me she anlready faxed the prescription, but she immediately faxed it a second time.
