I scheduled weeks in advance and showed up and the person took my blood for one test and then removed the needle. I said, “I have multiple tests; you should be able to see them in the system.” She checked and saw them. She said, “well I’ll have to poke you again.” Maybe if you had reviewed the list in advance, you wouldn’t have to. She went on to say I would owe over $80 for the tests and to give her a credit card. Excellent quick service. Only thing I hate is that the Quest App requiring all the insurance indo every freaking time. Really?
Excellent service! Quick and efficient!
No idea why this location gets so many negative reviews. I have been here about 8 times and have never had an issue. The staff are extremely friendly and am usually in and out quickly. The online scheduling is also very straightforward.
