So easy when you make your appointment online before hand. You get to check In on your Phone. The tech was extremely efficient, she barely left a mark on me and it was painless. Results came very quickly. I highly recommend this company for blood work.
Waited the 10 days I was told my test would take, still didn't have results. Called in and THEY NEVER SENT THE TEST OUT! Lady on the phone said it looked like the order was never pulled (obviously it was they took my blood) I lost valuable time with a time sensitive test and never got an explanation on how this happened. Had to make another appointment for a redraw due to this negligence.
It was an excellent experience, the nurse started before I was scheduled to have a blood test. She went to work immediately and did the blood work. She was very professional and friendly. She did a great job with just a little needle prick to my arm. Great work and thank you!
Lab worker provided less than expected. She was cold, didn’t provide decent customer service. Will NEVER GO NEVEVER recommend to go to labs at quest. Quest. The lab quest was cold, inhumane, and should look for another posi. Surely there are betters lads out the because they watch 1.
