The phlebotomist at Quest damaged my nerve when she was drawing my blood on 1/18. I’ve been having really bad forearm and upper arm pain and feeling of tingling these days. When she was drawing my blood, I felt a sharp pain, extreme heat as if on fire from my elbow to my finger. it was extremely painful and I asked her if she hurt my nerves but she was saying the blood was coming out so she got the right position. I had to go to Quest for blood work. I was nervous since reading all Quest location reviews and seeing low ratings. This location was the highest and many mentioned a lady that did well with blood work. I was told she no longer worked there but the 2 ladies that seen me were wonderful. One was named Shanon or Sharron... something along those lines. They were bother super kind and patient. I made my appointment online.
