I had a confirmed 10:30 AM appointment today and arrived on time, only to find both the outside and inside doors locked and no staff present. There was no notice of closure, no cancellation, and the posted hours clearly state 8 AM–1 PM. It was 0° outside, and I was left standing in the cold for no reason. Scheduling appointments for a day no one is working—and failing to notify patients—is completely unacceptable.

I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment, but a walk-in who arrived after me was seen first. Could someone explain how that happened?! The nurse asked if she had an appointment, she said no, and was told to check-in but was seen first. HOW?!

What an awful experience! The staff at this location were consistently rude and unwilling to help. Wait time is an average of 20-30 minutes- even with an appt. I had to return three days in a row due to their repeated incompetence in processing my prescription. I've been to other labs in the past and have never gotten treated this poorly. I would give them zero stars if I would be able to. Stay away!

Gracias a Dios ,esa señora ala que señalan con malos comentarios quiero decir que talvez su voz es tosca o ruda pero para nada grosera, hace un buen trabajo y es amistosa con los niños , es mi lugar para cualquier prueba de análisis también para mis hijos ,pero sí ,tienen que llegar con su cita ya echa por la página oficial es fácil y así no tendrán problemas .
