I was trying to decide which Quest location to go to this morning, and I almost gave this one a miss because of the reviews here, even though it was the most conveniently located. I'm writing this now to offset the bad reviews, because we honestly had a great experience. At 10:50, I made an 11:30 appointment. We walked in at 11:25 and were taken back almost immediately by a friendly guy.
