No point in scheduling an appointment if they are never on time. Very unprofessional location
Great customer service
I’ve used this facility more than once and I am floored every time for the amazing efficiency and organization. I have never spent more than 15 minutes there, (I always make an appointment, which is also very easy), in and out, the team is always so pleasant.
Make an appointment. Walk-Ins are nigh impossible when every 10 minutes has appointments other people have made. It is not difficult to make an appointment, but I understand the awkwardness of going through the system and automated messages instead of with a person. The people are busy and do not have time to chat.
I had a great experience here! Everyone was so nice. My phlebotomist was kind enough to explain the lengthy list of order my doctor requested but didn't even explain. She was thorough discussing my expected cost for each and helping sort out the confusion. Also i was afraid to give more than 3 viles of blood as I had never given more than that before but she was very reassuring and help to distract me while I was getting it drawn.
