With an appt, was in and out in less than ten minutes! In big part because of Margie! She definitely knows how to do her job in a very efficient and low impact way. She deserves a pay raise.
I am beyond furious. I called ahead and was specifically told it was OK to come in earlier than my scheduled appointment at 11:10. So I did — only to end up sitting there for TWO HOURS. That’s absolutely unacceptable. At one point, there wasn’t even anyone left in the waiting room — I watched three people leave, and still, no one had the decency to call me back or even explain the delay. Are you kidding me?
