Went for employer new hire drug screen. What they dont post is the one off topperwein road only does drug screens on Saturday so if your drug screen is due in the week they send you to the location in Hardy Oaks. They also dont say that the drug screens contracted to other clinics are still under Quest. Hardy oaks only takes walk in 1 to 4 and without appointment took most the day! If I knew whether other clinics under there appointment system were still valid I would've went to another clinic, I still dont know! Also they h... read more
This place sucks ! There were eight people in the waiting room when I arrived ! Not one person went in or out for at least 20 minutes ! My appointment is for 9:30. I arrived at 9:00 ! One lady has been waiting since 8:00 for blood work ! This is my second time coming here and hopefully my last ! One man left. Once I was called to the back .Ester, was so nice and friendly ! I have a lot of comments and some choice words for the service I received! - First of all, it was an hour late for my appointment time. My appointment time was 12:30 p.m. I did not get taken back till 1:30 p.m. - Then I was told they did not have my orders, even though the doctor said they faxed them on Friday and this was Tuesday. - Finally, after almost arguing with the tech, he finally checked the fax, and then there they were.
