I've been a Quest patient for years. My son has a genetic disorder that requires frequent lab work, sometimes weekly, and we currently have standing orders renewed on a monthly visit. Over the past year, renewing those orders has gotten harder every time, to the point that I'm now looking for another lab service. Been waiting for an hour AFTER my appointment time!!! Not good! Someone should at least say they are behind. No apologies or explanations were made by the staff or management at all. This was on a Friday morning.
