My lab tech was very nice and helpful. Everything was good. My only suggestion would be that even if I'm early for my appointment, but I'm checked in, I should be seen before walk-ins.
Staff sooo RUDE! Can't take 2 seconds to answer questions these elderly people waiting out here I've seen 3 people get up and leave as they're sooo FRUSTRATED! VERY SAD!This is a nice place it would be better IF staff cared NOW I will say the young lady that drew my labs was very helpful and detailed AND I DIDN'T feel that needle AT ALL!!! GREAT JOB!
