30 minutes after my appointment, still in the waiting room, but typical of a medical office I suppose. Still, when people checking in after you getting seen before you is a little irritating to say the least. Raises the question, why they bother scheduling appointments in the first place.
Love using the quest office here on Hardy Oak, you’re in and out so swiftly, and they are all very courteous all the time
This was my second draw by Mayra at the Hardy Oak location and both times I didn’t feel a thing! And I am a real scaredy cat when it comes to blood draws! She is wonderful at her job and is a true asset to your company!
I had a really disappointing experience at Quest. The woman who drew my blood was noticeably rude and seemed irritated that I was even there. She wasn’t friendly, didn’t explain anything, and made the whole process feel uncomfortable and rushed. I hope you can correct this because most of my other visits have been pleasant.
