Quick and easy
We took our 2 year old toddler to get blood drawn for the first time. We were understandably very nervous about it, we were hoping they could do heel prick but they only do venipuncture for one year olds and older. The check in system was via electronic kiosk and was very easy and efficient. Their waiting area is rudimentary and clean. I would say they could utilize the space better and either get more chairs so that people are not left standing, or more kiosks for quicker efficiency.
