Staff are very nice ,professional, I didn’t wait long
Phlebotomist was incredibly rude and popped my vein.
We had a pretty good experience at this place. We made an appointment online and got here early. Check in was done by the kiosk, I would say it might be a bit difficult for elderly and people not used to doing self check in. Then your name appeared on the tv and they called us in like 10 mins. The whole experience took about like 20mins in total and it was a smooth process. Phlebotomist is nice as well.
Came in with a morning appointment, the system was lagging a little but the phlebotomist resolved it quickly while being courteous. Got out within 20 minutes. Excellent service.
jumping in to confirm this place is horrible! i went during covid and warned them i may pass out or throw up because i’m very sensitive to getting my blood drawn. i did end up passing out and when i woke up i had to throw up. the short older woman who works there stood there screaming and hollering at me to put my mask back on while i was literally puking!! she also tried to tug the trash can away from me like that would stop me from being sick. like girl i am spewing vomit, do you want me to vomit into a mask or throw up on... read more
