Horribly service, horrible place, that should be ashamed of themselves!!!!!
Walked in, checked in at the kiosk, 30 seconds later called in for a blood draw. Amazing! I was expecting at least 30 minutes wait especially when I saw 3 people in the waiting room. Book your appointment online! 5 stars
An Excellent visit to QuestDiagnostics at the Freshpond Rd. Facility in Middle Village Queens.Signing in was quick and easy.My wait was 10 minutes, and the individual( Usha) who drew my blood (9 viles ) was Excellent, professional, and friendly.She made me feel extremely comfortable, and I never felt the injection, and and it was quick. Lastly, there was plenty of parking, and a total Excellent experience. I would recommend this to anyone who requires blood taken.
Waiting time is too long, also most of the people come in with flu or coughing and your on risk to get infected. Next time I’ll go where I was supposed to Labcorp is fast clean your in and out in 10 max
Their system doesn't update and they want me to repay a bill I paid months ago on their website. If you don't no service.
