They were busy we had a appointment but because the bus was late we were late for the appointment by 5 min so they cancel the appointment and gave an alternative time of later that day about 4 hours. Or you can wait as a walk-in that took an hour to be called before they were ready to see us. You don't have the option to talk to anyone it's check in on a computer so no human compassion. I've always had a positive experience on my visits
My experience was a very well oiled machine at work. Easy to check in. Appointment was on time. Staff was very good at drawing blood and she was pleasant.
